1. Document Scope & Draft Status
This Terms of Service document is a structured operational draft prepared for professional legal review. It describes the intended commercial and technical terms governing access to the OrbitSearch platform.
Until formally ratified by legal counsel and published with an effective commercial launch date, these terms are presented for evaluation and transparency only.
2. Account Registration & Workspace Security
To access authenticated OrbitSearch workspaces, users must register with a valid email address, complete email verification, and maintain accurate account credentials.
Administrators and workspace owners are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and reviewing activity recorded in their account usage and audit logs.
3. Plans, Credits & Billing Governance
OrbitSearch organizes platform access across six configurable plan tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, Agency, Business, and Enterprise). Feature availability and usage limits follow the published plan catalog.
Research jobs (such as Keyword Explorer, Long-Tail discovery, Competitor Keyword Gap, Clustering, and Content Briefs) consume workspace credits according to deterministic ledger rules.
When online billing is disabled or in staging/test mode, no commercial payment charges are processed. Any synthetic or test-mode prices displayed during staging validation are non-commercial.
4. Acceptable Use & API Protection
Users may not attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication gates, Turnstile bot-protection challenges, or workspace credit allowances.
Automated scraping of OrbitSearch endpoints, unauthorized resale of raw upstream search provider payloads, or interference with background job queues is prohibited.
5. Research Data, Briefs & Exports
Search volume, keyword difficulty, CPC, and SERP rankings are analytical estimates derived from search intelligence providers and cached snapshots.
OrbitSearch does not guarantee specific search engine ranking outcomes, traffic increases, or commercial revenue from the use of keyword metrics or generated content briefs.
6. Suspension, Cancellation & Updates
Users may cancel paid subscriptions (when billing is active) through their account billing settings or the customer billing portal.
Platform administrators reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate security policies, exceed budget safeguards, or engage in abusive traffic patterns.
